2 Panic attacks in one day really drained me. Two nights awake isnt helping either. Had a few cries in public today. Confusion very high
Trying to mend myself as I havent had any help elsewhere. Every day is a battle. Im tired of crying. My achievable goals yesterday was to go into a public place. Cafe Nero was it. Shaking almost crying but the guy serving was an absolute legend
