Learn2Earn is a digital freelancing mentorship community designed to equip young Sierra Leoneans with practical skills to succeed online.
This one-month programme, implemented by MOCTI and supported by UNICEF, guides 30 selected participants through hands-on training, live mentorship sessions, and community-driven learning. Members learn how to set up and optimize Upwork profiles, build portfolios, write proposals, complete test jobs, and develop a strong online presence.
The community provides weekly live calls, mini courses, competitions, templates, resources, and continuous support from mentors and peers. Our goal is to help participants gain real freelance opportunities, strengthen their digital confidence, and build a sustainable pathway to earning online.
