Hello and welcome! I am so glad you’re here.

My name is Mae, and I created this community as a space for women who are tired of the exhausting 'restart cycle' and are ready to learn the gentle practice of returning.

This is a place for imperfect action, for learning out loud, and for finding calmer, more sustainable ways to move forward.

My goal for this community is simple: To be a place where we can share what's working, what's challenging, and support each other as we build more self-trust, one day at a time. This isn't about productivity hacks or finding the 'perfect' system; it's about finding your rhythm.
