As a certified ADHD-coach (and way way back an undiagnosed neurodivergent teen myself) I want to create a platform with super easy access to proven helpfull tips & tricks and excersises to practice with your kid. It is my mission to help you as a parent, so every teenager with AD(H)D can grow into a confident adult.
In the future we will also host regular live-calls, micro-trainings and small-group coaching.
