Hey everyone, sorry I've been quiet on here, just had a very busy bank holiday weekend spent with family and exercising, also spent a few days sorting all my finances out, opened a savings account up and the house deposit saving has begun! 🤑🏦💷
I'm also back at work, as of yesterday, so planned my whole week of meals, and made sure they are husband proof for when he has to cook 😂 and that way I stay on track
Had such a good week last last for exercises, 3 runs and 2 hiit workouts and 1 weight workout 🏋🏼‍♀️👟🏃🏼‍♀️, that's the best thing about being off work, being able prioritise my health and fitness goals!
This week I'm going to try and fit some form of exercise in and continue to get this house in order. Finish off organisingand finalising things for my event. Also the snacking I need to get that under control 🙈🤐 meals are great but the snacking why do I always feel hungry lately 🤷🏼‍♀️
Having that little break from social media, (not intentionally) has been good really felt present 😊 im feeling really positive today
