I’ve been fasting for 24 hours no food or drink 🤪

I’m next for surgery if there are no more emergencies, the hospital is over run it would seem they are experiencing a huge volume of people needing theatre and the surgeons seem exhausted fair play to them 👏🏻

I haven’t had any food or drink for 24 hours just 2 drip bags!

But I’m trying to see it as a mad cleanse I guess food and drink is sometimes a comfort and I’ve not had that which has been interesting tracking my mood and cravings for different foods 🤔

I can’t wait to get the op done and get a cuppa down me but for now my verdict is I’m just never gonna be a full on fasting girl and that’s ok with me 🤗
