First sober night out
Had my first sober night out last night and I had such a good time! It was a close friends 30th and I was nervous going in the first place and worried I would give in. I was home and in bed and by 11 30 and today I had the most productive Sunday iv had in a long time! My energy levels were sky high, I was buzzing and on a natural high all day all because I didn't drink! I am sober since the 4th of January this year and after last night I know I can go out with my pals and enjoy myself without getting wasted, a huge step for me in my journey🙌 hope everyone had a fantastic weekend.
