Dry Jan completed.
Good morning, I've been abit MIA on here but I'm back 🤗
So I completed dry Jan for the first time ever and was so proud of myself. Of course that wee wine witch came knocking.
I was out for dinner and thought ack I'll try a glass of wine, which lead to another. I then I stopped as I realised I wasn't enjoying it.
I'm not annoyed at myself, as I'm taking this as a lesson. I've been reducing my alcohol intake for about the past year, the old me would have continued to drink and not stop.
For this is a win which I'm taking 🙌
So I'm starting fresh, currently day 3.
I've done 30 days,now my goals is 50 days ✨
