Day 2 Peloton
I really really didn't want to get back on today but I have made a commitment to myself to do 20 mins a day and I am not letting myself down!
I made the same commitment to myself when I got sober 991 days ago to just try a bit more each day and that I would see results! That has certainly worked so using the same tools and technique for my health and fitness journey ☺️
This time next week it will be day one of my Paris and New York trip!
