Thank you for sharing your story and results. Victories like this mark the start of a new lifestyle. When you can remove alcohol from celebrations and social occasions and still feel good, it’s a massive step—and it only gets easier from there!
About to tackle her 3rd sober weekend! It’s fantastic to hear that you’re no longer constantly thinking about drinking and instead focusing on the gym and family life. You’re going to smash 100 days! Try not to see it as a countdown—double down on the benefits: the gym, family time, energy levels, and clarity.
Thank you for making positive connections and using them! Engaging with a community like this is new for many people, and it’s inspiring to see you use it in such a meaningful way.
