Hey all, so this is a personal challenge to me as I am filled with some mixed emotions due to my daughter going travelling to Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia for around 100 days on Monday.
It’s just me and her at home so it’ll be a bit of a shock when she leaves.
As an anxiety sufferer, I’d like to become the very best version of myself for when she returns and not let this period of time be riddled with worry and panic.
Due to my overactive imagination thanks to ADHD, I really will need to dip my toe into something every day which is exciting yet terrifying thanks to high levels of procrastination (thank you again, ADHD 😂).
Things I’d love to do during this time:
🟡 provoke the anxiety that is holding me back on a daily basis (exposure therapy)
🟡 Overhaul my health and fitness
🟡 Make £15k profit from my small biz
🟡 Be free from anxiety, or at least make it manageable so that it doesn’t stop me doing things
The list is dreamy but will probably be a lone experience so it has the potential of being a tad unachievable. I’d love to hear from any of you that could provide me with some hints and tips to make this a success and not feel overwhelming, please. I do not want to spend this period of time feeling like an anxious ball of despair!
Thank you x
