Quick Question
I'm working on market-listed properties with agents on Zillow. If I get one under contract at a good price, would anyone be willing to help me dispose of (assign) the deal, even though it's listed on the market? Also, how do you get the listing agents to actually read and accept the assignment clause? And if they won't agree to it, what do you do next? Any advice is appreciated!
