You're Using AI Wrong — Here's What You Should Do Instead
Most people use AI like a faster Google.
They ask it random questions, generate a few paragraphs, and move on.
But that's not where AI creates the biggest impact.
The real value comes when you use AI to improve your workflow, not just your work.
Instead of asking: ❌ "Can AI write this email?"
Ask: ✅ "How can AI handle this entire process—from drafting the email to sending follow-ups automatically?"
Instead of: ❌ "Can AI summarize this meeting?"
Ask: ✅ "How can AI summarize the meeting, create action items, update my CRM, and send a follow-up email?"
The shift is simple:
Stop using AI as a tool. Start using it as a teammate.
When you think in systems instead of single tasks, AI becomes much more valuable.
I'm still learning this myself, and it's changed the way I approach automation and business.
I'm curious...
What's one repetitive task in your business that you think AI should handle instead of you?
