Client has paid me $3k to build a chatbot that their staff can use to chat to their internal policies and procedures. Which platform should I use? Pros and Cons of each please.
- Chatbase.co - I have an unlimited account and can just upload the knowledge base docs. Would need a high quality prompt.
- ChatGPT native. Could just upload the docs to GPT and have their team login to chat.openai.com
- Voiceflow - basic bot with custom knowledge base, can then deploy anywhere.
I would like to connect Make/Zap to collect all Q's that staff ask the bot.
