Hey everyone 👋
I’m building a tool called Crower — it’s a reliability layer for automation-driven agencies.
The goal is simple:
Help agencies detect when their client workflows silently stop running — before the client notices.
A lot of automation stacks (n8n, Make, Zapier, AI APIs, webhooks, etc.) can go quiet without throwing obvious errors. Leads stop flowing, credits run out, integrations break upstream — and you only find out when a client asks what happened.
Crower monitors:
  • Whether workflows are still triggering
  • If pipelines go inactive for X hours
  • API credit thresholds
  • Basic health checks
Then sends real-time alerts (Slack / Telegram / email) and shows a multi-client dashboard so you can see which client is healthy or not in seconds.
This is mainly for:
  • AI / automation agencies
  • Scaling operators managing 5–20+ clients
  • Freelancers running production pipelines
  • Anyone whose revenue depends on automated lead flows
If you run client automations at scale, I’d love to hear how you currently monitor reliability and also to tell me if this SAAS is something that can benefit the ai agencies community!
