Scope • Concentrate on the two channels already proving traction for us: social media and SEO-powered content and Google organic & paid ads. • Define campaigns that move prospects from awareness to purchase, detailing messaging, cadence, and KPIs for each touchpoint. • Align all recommendations with a single objective: measurable revenue growth in the next quarter. Deliverables 1. A concise, channel-specific strategy document (social + SEO/content) that includes audience insights, positioning, campaign concepts and timelines. 2. A 90-day action plan with defined metrics, tools and reporting cadence so we can track ROI from day one. 3. Creative direction outlines (tone, themes, visuals) we can hand straight to designers or copywriters for execution. Acceptance Criteria • Strategy can be implemented immediately by an in-house or outsourced team without major rework. • KPIs tie directly to bottom-line sales, not vanity metrics. • All recommendations comply with current platform algorithms and best practices.
