We are looking for motivated outbound callers to help us connect with business owners in the healthcare services sector and schedule acquisition meetings.
This role is focused on business acquisition outreach, not selling products. You will be introducing qualified business owners to our acquisition partner and setting Zoom meetings.
💰 Compensation Structure
You will be paid 2%–5% of EBITDA per successful acquisition, paid at closing.
Example Payouts:
- $750,000 EBITDA deal → $15,000 – $37,500 commission
- $1,000,000 EBITDA deal → $20,000 – $50,000 commission
There is no cap on earnings.
🎯 Target Companies
You will be calling business owners in the following industries:
- Non-Medicare Home Healthcare Services
- Hospice Providers
- Behavioral Health / ABA Services (Pediatric Home Health)
💵 Financial Requirements:
- Minimum EBITDA: $750,000+
- Target Revenue: $4M+ annually

Focus on major metro areas and businesses located within 2 hours of major cities.
