Hello, I am facing an issue with outbound calls using a Twilio number integrated via SIP trunk with Retell AI. Calls are successfully connecting to most mobile devices, but they are not going through to iPhone users.
I am using a paid Twilio account, but business verification is not yet completed.
Could you please help identify if this is related to caller ID trust, carrier filtering, or any required verification steps, and suggest how to resolve it?
