Technical Partner / Head of Tech — AI Consulting Agency
I'm not looking for another "automation guy."
I need a technical builder who can own the entire tech side of a High-Ticket AI Consulting agency.
What you'll own:
- Architecture & infrastructure decisions
- DevOps, deployments, and server management
- Code repositories and technical documentation
- AI automation builds (beyond just drag-and-drop tools)
- Technical strategy and client delivery
You're a fit if:
- Fullstack Developer + AI Stack Professional.
- You can spin up infrastructure, manage repos, and ship production-grade solutions
- You think beyond n8n/Make — you know when to code and when to use no-code
- You're comfortable being the technical decision-maker, not waiting for one
- You want to take ownership and grow with the business.
This is a partner-track role. Equity/profit-share conversation on the table for the right person.
