Seeking JV / Rev Share Partnership For 2 [low difficulty] Projects

Project details below. A little about me first to mitigate the risk…I’ve been marketing online for 18 years, I’ve owned an agency for 14 years, and I have personally sold hundreds of clients. I have two very specific but simple processes that I want to streamline with AI that have both made me large sums of money, starting within just days of executing, not months later. I’m explaining this simply to reassure that models are proven, the money comes fast so you’ll still be getting paid quickly, and your share will be considerably more than if paid up front. And I’m explaining THAT because I’ve learned over the last few days that there are a lot of people here that are new to business and just don’t know what a JV is yet. Lol. PROJECT A) 1. AI lead generation (homeowners in need of specific home services) >> 2. SMS & email cold outreach to turn those cold leads into warm/hot leads >> 3. AI voice agent to take inbound calls from warm/hot leads (or make outbound calls to the ones that request callbacks) and prequalify the lead >> 4. booked appointments or live phone transfers to my clients.

PROJECT B) Social Listening - I need a tool that can monitor social activity on various platforms in real time for keywords in posts and comments, so I know the very moment someone is looking for something I can sell to them, and then I can get in front of them first before the rest of the world jumps in to compete for their business.

Both of these projects only need small initial working versions for me to monetize quickly and then we can continue scaling the builds and revenue while we’re getting paid.
