Seeking Expert Advice for My Agency Direction

Hello everyone,

I’m currently in the process of building my own digital agency focused on AI Agents, AI Automation, and Social Media Marketing services.

However, I’ll be honest — I’m still in the learning phase and don’t yet have a deep understanding of these areas. What I do have is a strong passion for creating an agency and building something impactful from scratch.

I recently came across the concept of the “8 Skills to Master” shared by @Liam Ottley, and it made me think —👉 Should I begin my agency journey by offering these AI-based services right away,or👉 Should I first focus on mastering those 8 core skills before officially starting my agency?

I’d truly appreciate some guidance from experienced entrepreneurs and professionals who’ve been in this space.Any advice or roadmap recommendations would mean a lot.
