Seeking Advice: Automating Facebook Data Collection for Rental Leads

I’m helping someone who spends a lot of time manually searching Facebook for posts about apartment or property rentals. They analyze the comments to find potential leads, collecting data like commenters’ names, profile links, and what they’ve said. This is tedious and time-consuming, and I’m looking to automate the process.

The ideal automation would:

Detect Facebook posts with keywords related to rentals.
Extract engagement data (commenters’ names, profile links, and comments).
Save this information in Google Sheets or Airtable for tracking.
Notify them in real-time when new leads are found.

I’ve considered tools like Make.com for this, but I'm not really sure if I can achieve my solution with Make.com. Your advice would be really appreciated.
