Turning to this wonderful community for some guidance on building an agent that would dramatically help a non-profit serve it's clientele.
I have a customer (a medical referral hotline) looking to build an agent that would research doctors/medical specialists for them in leu of a full-time employee doing it. The requirements are essentially:
- Research a few mainstream sources such as research articles, Google Books, publications (things that are freely accessible on the web)
- Research some sources that may be unique to that particular specialist based on a web search
- Take the information and update their profile in a CRM
I would love to chat with anyone who has set up similar agents for clients in the past; any guidance in terms of tech-stack, models, cost, approach, or even general advice would be incredibly appreciated.
