Research Agents

Hi friends,

Turning to this wonderful community for some guidance on building an agent that would dramatically help a non-profit serve it's clientele.

I have a customer (a medical referral hotline) looking to build an agent that would research doctors/medical specialists for them in leu of a full-time employee doing it. The requirements are essentially:

Research a few mainstream sources such as research articles, Google Books, publications (things that are freely accessible on the web)
Research some sources that may be unique to that particular specialist based on a web search
Take the information and update their profile in a CRM

I would love to chat with anyone who has set up similar agents for clients in the past; any guidance in terms of tech-stack, models, cost, approach, or even general advice would be incredibly appreciated.
