Hey everyone, hope yall are having a wonderful Sunday.
Over the past month, I started getting into the AI automations world and getting the lay of the land so to say.
And finally have a first client. A local real estate firm that is looking to expand their reach worldwide. I have gotten to know the owner fairly well and we have established a sense of common trust.
What I initially planned to do for them is an AI receptionist, that works for them 24/7 (especially needed if they are planing to go worldwide due to the time zone differences), books people into meetings and calls, and warms up the cold lead so to say.
Basically the structure made through Retell AI + cal.com
What some of you, that definitely know more than me, would recommend and say about this venture? Is there a smarter way for me to go about this? Better proposition that I can offer for this business? And finally, what would you price such a project, and what structure would you use? (50% upfront, 50% upon completion and then a monthly maintenance retainer+costs to keep running? or Full build price upfront and then retainer?)
Any info will be super valuable to me as Im still learning along the way.
Cheers ;))
