N8N & AI Automation Engineer (Remote, Contract)

Duration: 20 Days
Rate: $30/hour
Location: Remote
We are looking for an experienced N8N and AI Automation Engineer to help build and optimize automation workflows for our internal systems and client projects. This is a short-term remote contract with the possibility of future collaboration based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n
- Integrate APIs, webhooks, and third-party services
- Develop AI-powered automations using OpenAI and related tools
- Automate business processes such as CRM updates, email workflows, lead management, and reporting
- Troubleshoot workflow errors and improve system reliability
- Collaborate with the team to deliver scalable automation solutions
Requirements
- Strong experience with n8n automation platform
- Experience working with AI APIs and automation tools
- Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and integrations
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, or similar platforms
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python preferred)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- LinkedIn profile is required for application
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LangChain, OpenAI, or AI agents
- Database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Airtable, etc.)
- Experience with cloud services and deployment
Project Details
- Contract Length: 20 days
- Hourly Rate: $30/hour
- Remote work
- Immediate start preferred
