🚀 Moscow-Based AI Agency Expanding — Looking for AI-Native Developers & Automators

I'm building out the team at vionext.ai — we're an AI automation agency based in Moscow, Russia. We already have an in-house dev team, but we're scaling fast and need talented people to join us on projects (freelance, ongoing contract, or partnership — open to what works best).

Here's the thing though — we're not just looking for traditional coders.

We need people who've made the leap from "old school" manual coding to the new era of AI-assisted development. If you're shipping production code with tools like Claude Code, Google Antigravity, GPT Codex, Cursor, Windsurf — that's exactly the profile we want. We believe the future belongs to developers who know how to architect solutions AND leverage AI agents to build 10x faster.

What we're working on right now (real client projects):

🎙 Voice AI agents — building AI receptionists, AI sales reps, and automated outbound calling systems for medical clinics, beauty salons, and real estate agencies

⚡ Workflow automation (n8n / Make) — complex multi-step automations: lead processing, document handling, notifications, reporting pipelines

🔗 CRM integrations (Bitrix24, amoCRM + others) — connecting AI agents to CRM systems, auto-filling client cards, building smart sales funnels

💬 Text-based AI agents — chatbots for websites and messengers, AI assistants for inbound request processing

📊 AI quality control — analyzing sales calls with AI, automated scoring against checklists, performance reporting

🧠 Custom AI solutions — full-cycle: from diagnosis to deployment and optimization

Roles we're looking for:

→ AI/ML Developers — Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, RAG pipelines, function calling → Fullstack / Backend Devs — API development, webhook integrations, database architecture → No-Code Automators — n8n, Make, Zapier power users who can build complex workflows → Prompt Engineers — system prompt design, multi-step agent architectures, structured outputs

Quality of your code / portfolio / shipped projects
Budget alignment
Hands-on experience with relevant tech (LLMs, APIs, CRM integrations, automation tools)
Communication and reliability
