This is not a typical “setter” freelancer role.
I’m looking for a long-term partner who wants to grow into a real partnership with upside, responsibility, and access to serious clients.
We already work with:
- Influencers with millions of followers
- One of the biggest law firms in New York
- Several major accounting firms in the US
- One of the largest medical practices in the UK
- And other US/EU companies where execution and communication standards are high
Right now, I’m recording 10 personalized Loom videos per day myself.
The framework/script we use is already working and booking us a lot of meetings.
The bottleneck is volume. I want to scale to 10 to 20 Looms per day from you (and keep increasing) while I handle fulfillment and other company tasks.
You will record and send personalized Loom outreach to decision makers at:
1) Accounting firms (bookkeeping, tax, CFO services)
2) Software development companies (custom dev, AI dev, agencies)
I will set up the email campaigns, targeting, and infrastructure.
You will execute daily outreach using our proven Loom framework and book qualified meetings.
Compensation (read carefully)
Your main earnings will come from commissions. The $500/month base is there for accountability and consistency, not because this is an “hourly job.”
- $500/month base retainer (accountability + consistency)
- 20% commission for every client closed
- Clear path to increased base pay and a deeper partner role as results compound
- Opportunity to work on bigger US/EU projects as we scale
What you will do
- Record 10 to 20 personalized Loom videos per day using our proven script/framework
- Personalize each Loom based on the prospect’s website + LinkedIn
- Send outreach via email (templates + system provided)
- Handle replies, follow-ups, and booking calls on my calendar
- Keep tracking simple: leads contacted, replies, booked calls, show rate, closed deals
- Improve messaging with me weekly based on performance data
Who this is for
- You want a long-term seat, not random gigs

Requirements (must-have)
- Fluent English with a strong, clean accent (US or Europe preferred)
- Confident on camera and voice (you sound credible to business owners)
- Comfortable recording high-volume Looms daily (10 to 20/day)
- Strong written English and fast turnaround
- Organized, consistent, and results-driven
- Experience in cold outreach, appointment setting, or outbound sales
Nice-to-have
- You have done Loom-based outbound at scale
- You understand accounting firms or software dev agencies
- You can qualify leads and spot bad-fit quickly
- Familiar with tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly/Smartlead, HubSpot, Google Sheets
What success looks like (first 2 to 4 weeks)
- You consistently hit daily Loom volume (10 to 20/day)
- Reply rates stay strong or improve week over week
- Meetings booked with decision makers (Founder, Partner, Owner, Managing Director)
- Clean tracking + tight follow-up discipline
