Looking to join an AI automation agency

Hey everyone — I’m Matthew, 23, from the U.S.

I recently graduated with an Engineering degree and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence. Over the last few months, I’ve been deep in the AI automation space — building end-to-end systems, integrating LLMs, automating business workflows, and experimenting with real agentic capabilities.

I’ve worked with early-stage startups before, so I thrive in fast-moving, zero-to-one environments. I’m extremely dedicated and passionate about AI, constantly learning, building, and pushing myself to grow. I’m not interested in simple plug-and-play bot setups — I want to build real product and solve real problems with AI.

I’m looking to join an AI automation agency in a technical founder / technical operator type role where I can contribute on the engineering and product side, collaborate with high-level operators, and help scale something meaningful.
