🤝 Looking for developers — Voice Agents, Text Agents & Workflow Automation (project-based)
Hey everyone 👋
I'm building an AI Automation Agency and I'm looking to connect with skilled developers to collaborate with on a project basis.
Here's what I need help building for clients:
🎙️ Voice Agents — inbound/outbound, appointment booking, lead qualification
💬 Text/Chat Agents — customer support bots, CRM integrations, lead nurturing
⚙️ Workflow Automation — end-to-end automations (Make, n8n, Zapier, etc.)
My role: I handle client acquisition, discovery calls, AI audits, and project management. I'm the consultant and the face of the agency — I don't want to be the one building. I need reliable technical partners I can delegate to.
What I'm looking for in a collaborator:
→ You've built voice or text agents before (show me examples)
→ You can take a brief and deliver independently
→ You're comfortable with project-based work (paid per project, not a salary)
→ You communicate clearly and hit deadlines
