Looking for an AI & Automation Strategist / Solutions Architect
The agency I’m interning with in California is looking for an AI & Automation Strategist / Solutions Architect, and I figured this would be a great place to find someone given the talent in this community.
We’re looking for someone who can work directly with small and mid-sized business clients to help them adopt AI and automation in practical ways.
This is a client-facing role that blends strategy, implementation, and enablement.
We’re looking for someone who can:
• Lead conversations with business owners and leadership teams
• Map workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation
• Design and build practical automations and AI-powered solutions in real time
• Recommend tools and implementation approaches
• Train and support clients as they adopt new workflows
• Translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes
The right person has a strong mix of business acumen, technical capability, and client management experience.
Requirements:
• Experience building automations and AI workflows (n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, AI tools, etc.)
• Comfortable facilitating live virtual client sessions
• Available during business hours (9am-5pm PST)
• Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills
• Able to operate independently while collaborating with a team
This would start as a part-time contractor role with the potential to grow into a larger long-term opportunity.
We’re not looking for agencies or white-label providers.
