The Problem: Engineers spend days manually measuring routing, ducts, and equipment on PDF/DWG blueprints, and then cross-referencing them with complex supplier catalogs (like Daikin or other major brands) to build a quote. It’s slow and eats into margins.

The Solution: A "Copilot for Estimators." A web platform where contractors can:

Upload their custom supplier pricing catalogs (Excel/CSV/API).
Upload a project blueprint (PDF).
The system (using Computer Vision/AI) helps analyze the floor plan, calculates lengths/quantities of materials, matches them with the uploaded catalogs, and instantly generates a highly accurate commercial proposal.
