Looking for a Developer for an AI Led Property Client Project

I’m looking to collaborate with an experienced developer or small team to help build phase 3 of a bespoke internal platform for a property related use case.

I’m planning to build phase 1 myself in Lovable, and may handle some of phase 2 as well with a bit of support. The main area I want help with is phase 3.

Scope of work:

• Build an API driven sourcing system with an AI layer where useful

• Pull in external data from multiple sources

• Apply filtering and qualification logic

• Push qualified opportunities into an existing internal platform

• Help assess feasibility, data quality, and the best technical approach

What I’m looking for:

• Strong experience with APIs, scraping, workflow automation, and internal tools

• Able to work through ambiguity and shape the right solution

• Practical mindset around technical risk and data quality

• Nice bonus if you have worked on geospatial, marketplace, or property style workflows
