Lead Gen question

Hry everyone. Have a question for you. My niche is commercial loan brokers and its hard to find them on facebook or Instagram. so i use Linkdin as a source of reaching out to them. but the problem is that just not enougth people accept the connection and even if they accepted it, they ignore the messeges i'm sending to them. so what should i do ? can appolo or other email sources work out alos good ? should i try them ? loke i gust don't really know how to find the first client. I am ready to do everuthing to reach my goal and start earn money on my agency AI
