My daughter just opened her nail salon called “Smile Studio,” and I wanted to help her grow her client base. So, I decided to use n8n to automate parts of the business.

I created a Tally form linked to a Google Sheet. The form collects client information and sends it directly to the sheet. Then, the n8n workflow automatically sends a thank-you message, checks in every 14 days for follow-ups, and even tracks birthdays so we can send greetings and promotions.

I also plan to upgrade the system for special occasions like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and other events.

Automation can really help small businesses grow.
