Landed a big Job - is make the right tool?

Landed a big job automating the care company that take disabled adults on days out. Basically digitising their business then using AI automation across tue board to manage health and safety, booking, admin, invoices everything so the important stuff can be done manually by the team.

Was wondering what you guys thought the best tool. I was thinking make because it integrates really easily into GPT as well as the full Google Workspace eco system but is there any better options for bigger more complex automations ?
