Introduction: My Journey into AI for African Markets

A week ago, I came across Liam's video on YouTube and it instantly felt like unlocking a door I’d been searching for. I’m Richard from Zimbabwe, with a background in banking and the past four years dedicated to building my skills in data analytics.

Joining this hub has been nothing short of eye-opening. I see huge opportunities to adapt AAA for African markets, especially through WhatsApp-delivered services. Recently, I built a prototype that tracks and reports financial document expiries and missing records. That led me to a niche I’m now deeply passionate about AI-powered financial process automation for small and mid-sized organizations in sectors where manual reporting, compliance errors, and fraud risks quietly eat away at profits.

I’m here to learn, collaborate, and share and I’m grateful to Liam and everyone in this community for creating a space where ideas like this can thrive.
