Short intro on me.

I've been working alongside Liam and Josh since the very start. Employee number three, I guess, if we're putting a number to it.

To give you an idea of what I've done here: a bit of everything to build this company.

Workflows, automations, sales, branding & design, customer success management, and building the success and coaching teams, the AAA Accelerator, and this community.

Pretty much everything you see on the front end, I've had my hands on at some point. Plus everything behind it that you don't see.

Now, the part that actually matters for you.

I've seen both sides of this.

I started the customer success team at the AAA Accelerator and ran it myself for the first six months.

Hundreds of conversations with members, from people who had no idea what an AI automation agency even was, through to watching some of them build six-figure agencies off it.

I've seen plenty flourish and some quietly die. Which members get traction in month two, and which ones are still "setting up" in month eight.

So I've got a fairly clear picture of what works and what doesn't.
