I'm a CS student building tools for AI agencies, and I want to make sure I'm solving actual problems, not imaginary ones.

I need your help:

Whether you have 0 clients or 100+, I want to know what part of running your agency is the most painful/annoying/time-consuming right now.

Could be anything:

Delivering the actual service
Client onboarding or communication
Keeping workflows/automations running smoothly

Finding clients
Managing revisions/scope creep
