I keep getting different answers

Hey, I am trying to build a tool for a friend, he has to make a pre call checklist before each sales call, he checks Linkedin gathers information on the person (name of company, people they may come in contact with, company information, company location) where he has to manually do this and it can take 5-10 minutes to do this and it adds up over time. I asked AI how to accomplish this, and it says through apollo.io, i also heard of scrapecreators (website), and I also considered using an MCP to do the work, or n8n/make. However, I am trying to keep my focus on Claude/code/cowork/.ai to keep things centered around one thing.

Where should my expectations be with tool use and its limits (Is claude the future of automating every task?), and what do you guys recommend for this.
