One thing that’s helped me book more clients is making my follow ups feel personal.
Instead of sending another generic “just checking in” message, I’ll record a quick 30 to 60 second video or leave a voicemail.
I’ll mention something specific from our last conversation, answer a question they had, or point out one opportunity I noticed in their business.
It takes a few extra minutes, but it stands out because almost nobody does it.
The funny part is that everyone is racing to automate every message, while I’m getting better results by adding a little more human touch at the moments that matter.
Automation gets the conversation started.
