Hey folks, first post here. I’m thinking of using High Level as CRM and vibe coding and a punctual coder to untangle issues with code to do the following. Would love to have your thoughts on how you would handle this job.
  1. Branded Platform & Knowledge Q&A — The first phase is a custom-branded portal where clients can log in, ask AI-powered HR questions, and securely store and access important HR documents. It functions as a private, AI-driven HR help desk.
  2. HR Template Generation Engine — The second phase adds the ability for the system to generate HR documents on demand, such as employee handbooks, workplace policies, offer letters, termination procedures, and similar materials. The documents are tailored to each client’s industry, company size, and applicable regulations. The AI produces the first draft, which can then be reviewed and finalized.
  3. Client Management & Team Tools — The third phase adds the operational layer: a dashboard for managing multiple clients, supporting collaboration among team members or contractors, and providing analytics on client activity, usage, and performance. It becomes the central system for running and scaling the consulting business.
In summary: Phase 1 creates a branded AI-powered HR portal, Phase 2 transforms it into a document-generation engine, and Phase 3 evolves it into a complete practice management platform. Each phase builds on the previous one and expands both capability and business value.
