I found this "ALREADY DONE" method for getting new clients.
You can search Google for businesses like HVAC, plumber, roofer, driving school, Real estate, mechanics, etc in your local area (or other states/areas) and check if they ALREADY have this:
- Website: No? Build one for them (or use one already built for their niche)
- Chatbot: No? Build one for them (or use one already built for their niche)
- Automation: No? Build DEMO for them (or use one already built for their niche)
- Voice AI: No? Build a demo for them (or use one already built for their niche)
- AI Audits: Businesses which look like they may NOT be using any AI yet.

He's right, he said that AI can make building a website easier but he doesn't like AI generic type of websites which look common, boring or cheap.
A little customization could make your website look AMAZING!
Remember, this is just to GET YOU IN THE DOOR.
After that you can UP-SELL other solutions to them.
Or get referrals.
If you have a number of DEMOS, website and OTHER templates already built for a Number of Niches, you can target them.
It's a NUMBERS GAME!
