How do i cold call without a business registered?

Hey everyone, I could really use some advice.

I'm based in North Macedonia and I'm starting an AI automation agency targeting US businesses. I want to manually cold call around 50–100 US businesses per day.

My problem is that I don't have a registered business yet. Most providers I've tried (like Twilio and CallHippo) ask for business verification or have restrictions that don't fit my situation.

I'm looking for a solution that lets me:

- Get a US phone number

- Call US businesses manually (no robocalls)

- Use it as an individual from North Macedonia

- Stay compliant

- Scale later once I register a business

Has anyone here been in a similar situation or found a provider that actually works? I'd really appreciate any recommendations or advice from people who have done this themselves.
