How did you decide on one path and get your first client?

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some honest, practical feedback.

I work with AI (avatars / automation), but right now I’m in a phase where I have too many possible directions, and I haven’t committed to one long enough to turn it into a concrete result.

I’m not looking for motivation or theory — I’m looking for real, practical advice:– how you chose one direction– what you cut out to move forward– and where you see the fastest path to the first paying client today

If you’ve been in a similar phase, I’d really appreciate hearing how you broke through it.
