As a Surgical Appointment Engineer, you will be the frontline of our system. You are not a "cold caller"; you are a strategist and a connector.

The Game-Changer: This is a LIFETIME COMMISSION. The clients you sign today will pay you every single month they remain a client. You are building a residual income asset. Scale Your Rate: Hit 50 active clients, and your commission scales to 15% for life on all your clients. Milestone Bonuses: We have structured bonuses for your 1st, 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th, and 50th clients, including cash, vouchers, and monthly credits.

Your Earning Potential (Based on Our Pricing):

Sign 1 client/month at R10,000 MRR = R1,000/month for life.
Sign 5 clients/month at R10,000 MRR = R5,000/month for life.
Sign 10 clients (your 3-month target) = R10,000+ in recurring monthly income.
Hit 50 clients (your 6-month goal) at a 15% commission = R75,000+ in recurring monthly income.

This is not a capped salary. Your income is a direct reflection of your skill and effort.

Career Progression – From Contractor to Partner:

Prove It (Months 1-3): Excel as an Independent Contractor, build your client portfolio, and hit your targets.
Get Promoted: Hit 50 active clients, and you will be promoted to Senior Client Success Consultant with a 15% commission and eligibility for our Growth Partner equity program.
Become an Employee (2026): Top performers will be offered a salaried position (R25,000 - R35,000/month) PLUS a 5% commission override on your existing book of business.
