Who we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong knowledge of React/Next.js and modern frontend development
- Strong backend experience building scalable APIs and services
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and system architecture
- Familiarity with Docker, cloud deployments, and CI/CD
- Strong understanding of authentication, security, and performance optimization
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
