HIRING: Backend / Automation Engineer (3+ years experience)

I’m looking for a quality-driven, hard-working, and experienced Backend / Automation Engineer who thrives in high-growth environments and takes full ownership of delivering successful projects for our clients.

Who we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience in backend development and/or workflow automation
Strong experience with n8n and designing reliable automation workflows
Experience integrating REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party services
Solid understanding of databases, data transformation, and automation logic
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and scripting for automation
Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team
