Hiring: AI Developer (Freelance) to Work With My Agency
I run an agency and I’m looking for a skilled AI developer to work with us long-term and help build/maintain an AI phone receptionist system for our clients.
What we need built:
- Answers phone calls instantly with natural human-like voice
- Books appointments (API integration with our CRM)
- Handles FAQs and general inquiries
- Linked to a real phone number (Twilio / similar)
- Sends SMS follow-ups & reminders
- After appointment: automatic thank-you message + review request
- Multilingual support
- Customizable voice profiles
- Business-specific training (docs, FAQs, menus, pricing, etc.)
- Call transcripts + analytics dashboard
- Failover mode: transfers to human when needed
- Outbound calling for reminders + missed calls
- Spam call detection & auto-blocking
- Webhook support for further automations
What I’m looking for:
- Someone reliable who can work with us long-term
- Can build fast, stable, clean systems
- Experience with AI voice, Twilio, APIs, and integrations
- Ideally has built something similar before
