Hiring: AI Automation Developer

We're hiring an automation developer to help us build scalable, AI-powered systems for our clients. You’ll work on cold email systems, voice agents, AI agents, CRM automation, and everything in between.

🛠 Responsibilities

Build and automate cold email outreach systems using Make or n8n
Set up and manage email infrastructure: domain warmup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records, inbox rotation, & deliverability best practices
Integrate tools like Airtable, Instantly or Smartlead, Apollo, CRMs
Scrape leads to extract qualified leads
Build and deploy voice agents using tools like Retell or Vapi, ElevenLabs, Twilio
Troubleshoot and optimize systems for deliverability, speed, and reliability

✅ Requirements

Strong technical/software background if you don’t have this, this role is not for you
Proficiency with Make, n8n, and automation tools
Ability to set up and troubleshoot DNS records for email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Experience with Airtable, cold email tools (Instantly/Smartlead), scraping
Solid grasp of cold email outreach, email copywriting
Experience with AI voice agents or building AI agents is a strong bonus
