Hiring a Commission Based Appointment Setter

I'm looking for 1-2 appointment setters to help generate meetings for my AI Automation Agency, Pure AI.

What We Do

We build AI Automations, AI Voice Agents, Workflow Systems, CRM Integrations, and Business Process Automation for companies looking to save time, reduce labor costs, and scale operations.

Compensation

Commission Only
Earn 15% of every initial deal you bring in
No cap on earnings
Average deals range from $5,000 - $10,000+
Paid immediately after client payment clears

What You'll Be Doing

Finding potential business owners
Outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals, networking, etc.
Booking qualified appointments on my calendar
Basic follow-up with interested prospects

Ideal Candidate

Self-motivated
Comfortable talking to business owners
Good communication skills
Previous appointment setting experience is a plus but not required
Hungry to earn based on performance
